The Company:

 

Due to a significant number of UK and Global wins this leading consultancy is seeking an outstanding Finance Practice Director to lead and build a World Class Finance Practice.

 

The Role:

 

  • Support all pre-sales work in the finance domain
  • Run and manage on a part time or full time basis Programmes for World Class Finance
  • Develop our clients propositions in the area
  • Developing and pushing the 'go to market' proposals.
  • Building a subject matter specific practice area aligned to the specific business objectives
  • Providing content expertise into programmes and supporting the projects to ensure revenue streams can grow and be supported.
  • Managing and  working alongside the countries best consultants
  • Leading relationships at CxO level

 

The Candidate:

 

This world class finance practice director will require a very senior consultant with experience of:-

 

  • Building a successful practice
  • Depth and breadth of knowledge across the finance domain
  • Best practice finance processes with an ERP/SAP operational knowledge
  • The complete finance function
  • Metrics / KPI development and reporting
  • The setup of similar capability domains in previous roles
  • Running at least 2 major transformation programmes in the subject area
