North West based Financial Services organisation currently undertaking a major change programme require a number of Six Sigma Black Belts. These roles will be focused on how to change the business in line with the growing demands of the portfolio of larger, longer term change programmes. The organisation is is acutely aware of the need to improve their existing business processes in line with the overall transformation and you will be a key part of this process.
You will ideally have a financial services background and highly developed influencing and stakeholder management skills. You will also have previous demonstrable experience of major process / organisational improvement.
The roles are initially 3 months but there is also a possibility of a longer term fixed term contract.
