Our client is a strong global financial services group with ambitious growth plans in the UK and internationally since the acquisition of some major retail banks. The internal consultancy arm is recruiting for talented and motivated strategy management consultants to join them now!
You'll contribute to this success as a consultant, adding value quickly with your change management and strategy expertise in the retail banking and management consultancy arena.
You'll have the following skills:
Solid Cards (Debit & Credit) experience and if possible some exposure to Fraud and Disputes processes for Cards.
Cost reduction analysis
Process improvement
Change Management or business consulting
Key Requirements
• Good Degree from a reputable university or equivalent experience
• Widespread business experience in a consulting role, including change management projects and process Improvement projects, ideally with an IT Infrastructure bias
• Experience of solving complex business problems
• A passion for the strategy, organisational and people aspects of change and for making a difference
• Understanding of basic drivers for costs management and impact of processes and systems changes in associated costs.
