Due to a significant number of UK and Global wins this leading Consultancy is looking to recruit the markets best Public Sector Change Consultants.

The Role:

Public Sector Change Consultant’s will specialise in at least one of the following areas with specific experience in the Public Sector, ideally local government:-

·         Organisation Design (OD)

·         Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

·         Change Readiness

·         Training / TNA

·         Culture / Behavioural change

·         Human Capital Management (HCM)

·         Benefits Realisation

·         BPR / Business Process Reengineering

The Candidate:

Public Sector Change Consultant’s must demonstrate the following experience:-

·         External Consulting (preferably big 5 background)  or Blue Chip internal consulting

·         Extensive Experience of the UK Public Sector, ideally local government

·         Content knowledge in areas such as Adult Services, Social Care, Education, Sports and Culture

·         Stakeholder management at CxO level.
