Experienced Prince2/Lean Sigma certified Project Manager with enormous personal energy levels sought to plan and manage the migration of the Finance function of our Clients business from Toronto to Dublin.
The business case has been approved – new hire will be required to form and lead the project team, prepare the relevant process maps for the core functions, ensure/improve SOX compliance, develop the relocation project plan and then migrate the Finance function, working to a tight deadline.
The intention is not simply to "pick up and drop" the Finance function into the new location, but to also utilise Lean Sigma process excellence skills to IMPROVE efficiency and resource effectiveness of the newly relocated operating unit. Small dept (15 pax) but firm Nasdaq listed, so heavy reporting / regulatory requirements.
Time commitment is 70% Canada, 30% Dublin (front loaded to Canada).
