Within their Human Capital division, our client is now looking to hire Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers and Directors who are experts in HR Transformation.
Candidates must have a track record in HR Transformation consulting and understand how the HR function fits into and affects the business as a whole.
You do not need to have an industry focus but must demonstrate the following:
§ Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
§ Evidence of thought leadership and opinions on HR consulting.
§ Strength of character with the ability to handle difficult situations.
§ Outstanding facilitation skills with the ability to influence groups of people.
§ The ability to communicate with clients and overcome resistance to change.
§ Experience in one or more of HR Operations, Transformation Programmes, Shared Services, HR Business Process Re-engineering and Organisation Design.
