The Opportunity
We have identified the potential for an experienced business professional with experience in the Public Sector to develop a vertical market franchise with Local Government and Central Government as its clients. Over the years we have had some great success in the Public Sector and it remains an important component to our business as we move forward.
One of the great franchising maxims "In business for yourself, not by yourself" is one that we live by. We want you to run your own business in a supportive business model as our franchisee. Your colleagues will be co-franchisees and will have experienced already the supportive nature of being part of our network and the benefits that derive from that. They will share their experiences with you openly as it is also in their interest that your business thrives as this is the strength of a great franchise network.
We believe that a franchise based and operational in the South East of England will have an exceptional opportunity to develop a strong and vibrant business over the coming years. Average contract values in this sector are c£100k with gross margins of 25%. Once you have established yourself we envisage that you will build a small team of recruiters building a substantial business in three to five years generating gross margins in excess of £1.5m and an annual PBIT of c£400k.
You will be awarded a five year exclusive contract with automatic rights to renew for a further five years without additional cost. You will have full and complete access to our recruitment system which has many thousands of candidates with relevant experience in the Public Sector and access to other private sector skills. Our system will also support your direct marketing activity to promote your business at point of need to your clients.
Candidate Profile
You need to be a resilient self-starter, outgoing and sales orientated with strong negotiating skills to generate opportunities.
