A leading Restructuring & Corporate Finance Consultancy are currently expanding their Operational Turnaround expertise through the growth of a team to work with the well established Financial Restructuring team. The firm have experienced rapid growth since their launch in the UK market close to 2 years ago, with a range of product offerings focussing on Distressed Debt, Distressed M&A and the commercial side of Financial Due Diligence.

The focus at present is for Managers & Consultants; individuals with 3 – 8 years of Operational Restructuring experience, ideally from both industry and an advisory environment. Your work will include PE focused Operational Restructuring and being parachuted into distressed businesses to turnaround companies accordingly in company side interim Chief Executive appointments. You will be expected to lead projects, as well as engage in the hands on element of project work.

You must have significant previous Turnaround exposure, particularly at an Operational level within distressed businesses. Experience of company and product rationalisation, distressed M&A, industrial relations and the financial element of a Restructuring project will be crucial. This is a superb opportunity to add to the growth of a flourishing boutique with huge financial backing due to great success in the US, and as such there is very little risk associated. Cultural fit will be crucial; this is a progressive environment, free of the intensity of many bigger firms.
