Candidates must have a strong track record in HR Transformation consulting and understand how the HR function fits into and affects the business as a whole. Our client is recruiting at all levels and is serious about growing their business through the recruitment of the best candidates in the marketplace. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to progress to senior level positions in the firm.
You do not need to have an industry focus but must demonstrate the following:
In addition you must have an excellent academic record with at least a 2:1 degree and ideally further studies, eg CIPD, a Masters degree or an MBA.
