WBS Group are a fast growing consultancy specialising in Supply Chain with a rapidly increasing portfolio of blue chip clients. Due to increasing demand of our services, we are looking to recruit experienced Supply Chain consultants on both a permanent and associate contract basis.
Positions exist at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels.
Successful candidates will have a combination of practical experience gained in industry and several years of consulting within Manufacturing and Supply Chain arenas.
Candidates looking to fill senior position will have a minimum of 8 years consulting experience and must be able to demonstrate their capability in the management of change programmes, support in sales and business development, service line development and thought leadership.
Successful candidates will be those who can demonstrate the following :- Ability to lead & manage major change projects
- Hands on approach with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Minimum of 3 years consulting experience for Consultant level
- Minimum of 8 years consulting experience for Senior Consultant level
- In depth knowledge of Lean manufacturing/Lean Supply Chain principles
- Experience in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing/Lean Supply Chain principles
- Self motivated, results driven and ability to work within a team
- Good presentation skills and fluent in Microsoft Office
