Managing Consultant – Customer Transformation / Functional CRM – (ZAN/025)

The key purpose of this role is to identify, target and engage with new and existing clients across either the Financial Services, Public or Utilities Sector in order to develop new consulting propositions, lead in the sale of consulting engagements and to manage delivery of consulting engagements.

The Role Involves
• Develop market facing consulting propositions for customer contact transformation and functional CRM programs.
• Undertake analysis to identify and target potential clients in the Financial Services, Public or Utilities Sector.
• Build and execute campaigns to engage with potential clients
• Manage and plan client engagement plans
• Active clients engagements
• Proposals issued
• Propositions developed to market readiness


We are looking for exceptional candidates with:
• Extensive experience in the sale and delivery of consultancy to new clients
• Proven track record of sales development
• Subject matter expertise in customer contact transformation and Functional CRM
• Bring extensive network of key decision makers and consulting buyers across the Financial Services, Public or Utility sectors – to include direct clients and also government and other advisors and influencers
• Capable of building extensive network within target organisations
• Typically the equivalent of 10 years experience with either an established major management consultancy or a market niche management consultancy
