If you are well versed in the field of Shared Services, Finance Transformation and BPO then we would like to hear from you.

Currently you are probably based at one of the larger organisations with a title somewhere around Senior Consultant to Senior Manager. You find that you tend to be pigeon holed and are perceived as the person who does this process or that process. More than likely you find this frustrating as your skills are not being developed as you would have hoped or the skill set you do have is not being utilised to full capability.

The opportunity we represent is different in many ways. At the helm you will find some of the brightest and most creative talent within the (akin to) CFO Services / Finance & Performance Management space. The model they have is very much an all hands on deck approach irrespective of tile or rank. This means your work on projects will be broad, varied and all encompassing. You will gain experience working on a wide range of cross functional / cross border Finance Transformation, Shared Services and BPO type projects.

We are looking for people who count themselves a team player, people who count themselves as a leader and people who can demonstrate experience from both the industry and the consulting side of the fence.

The organisation in question is very well respected in the consulting world, they have been around for many a year and have a broad range of clients across a broad range of industries.
