We're looking for Management Consultants who can demonstrate the following:
> 5 years+ project based experience delivering business transformation consultancy to blue chip clients
> Ability to define and make recommendations in relation to strategy and business planning, organisational assessment, change management, business process reengineering, communication
> Responsibility for producing deliverables and working with clients at various levels from operational staff to executive management
> Knowledge of at least one of the following verticals: State or Federal Government, Oil and Gas, Utilities or Financial Services
> Exposure to CRM, ERP and/or Information Management a distinct advantage.
Additionally it is a given that you will be able to demonstrate the following:
> Excellent interpersonal skills, including client relationship development, workshop facilitation, training and communication
> Strong written and verbal communication ability
> Flexibility and adaptability to work in a range of customer environments
> Strong commercial acumen
> Willingness and capability to actively support pre-sales and business development activity.
