M&A and Valuations Consultant – Leading Corporate Finance Boutique - £45 - £60k plus bonus & benefits 

A leading advisory firm famed for their Financial Turnaround & Restructuring expertise, are seeking Analysts and Associates to continue the growth of their recently established M&A and Valuations practice. Unlike other start-up boutiques our client doesn’t have the associated risk given the size of the organisation and their international reputation.

The M&A and Valuations team work on all types of M&A, but have a specialism for working on distressed assignments; working closely with the Financial Restructuring part of the business on Independent Business reviews, Carve Outs, Spin Offs and dispute based valuation mandates. Valuation work is comprehensive - DCF, Competitor Analysis and Tangible & Intangible asset valuations.

Having successfully attracted two senior M&A deal makers to lead the practice, they have subsequently hired leading talent from the Bulge Brackets to compliment their team now 5 strong.
Analysts and Associate positions are for exceptional individuals with a track record of rapid progression through the early stages of their career. Suitable experience will be 2-6 years worth of M&A experience at a bank, boutique or accounting firm. It is a strong preference that candidates posses experience across industry sectors and are very financially astute and numerate; ACA’s who have moved in to corporate finance (not due diligence) could provide a perfect blend.

There are few M&A roles in the market at the moment; this is not one to be missed!
