Our client has developed a rich multi-media platform which is targeted at the healthcare market. They are now preparing to take their first two products to market - one via the NHS and the other consumer driven. The patented platform combines e-therapy with sensor drive bio-interaction.
We are looking for a highly commercial strategic thinker who can help drive the channel & pricing strategy, as well as the company’s business development and sales capability.
CHANNEL STRATEGY
* Identify and prioritise key target markets and decision makers & purchasing points within them e.g. NHS (NICE, NIHR/HTA, PASA, PCTs, Cardiology Units, GPs) and Health Insurers, Corporates, the City, Government etc.
* Identify relevant purchasing objectives & guidelines
* Analyse product positioning
* Evaluate direct & indirect channels to market e.g. other service providers, sales consultancies
COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
* SWOT analysis of products that the product replaces
* Identify other e-health providers with existing client base within core target markets
SALES ROADMAP
* Produce detailed sales road-map
* Identify “lessons learnt” from other companies operating in the same or similar space
PRICING MODEL
* Identify overall cost of treatment, price of competitor products, amount already spent on e-health to date etc
* Develop competitive, cost saving pricing point
* Develop model to support different stages of sales cycle within the sales roadmap
Our ideal candidate will ideally have worked for one of the top international strategy consultancies and had experience of working with the healthcare sector (NHS etc). This is a short term contract initially.
