This is a Management Consultancy with a growing reputation for achievement in the Healthcare sector. They are looking for long term associates to deliver proven organisational development methodology at the front line of Foundation and Acute NHS Trusts.
Associates will be experienced, confident, effective leadership role models with a deep understanding of implementing change in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Reporting to, and with the support of, the Operations Director, you will be tasked with delivering process improvement, performance management and other service transformation work on site. The role may require extensive travel as project opportunities are nationwide.
You will be either an experienced management consultant with a heath sector background or have line management experience in this environment. You will definitely be passionate about improving healthcare for both patients and staff. We are particularly keen to hear from qualified health care professionals.
You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong self-motivation and the ability to influence and engage. You will also be expected to rapidly assimilate the methodology and have the acumen to adapt it to the situation.
