The Company:

 

Due to a significant number of UK and Global wins this leading consultancy is seeking an outstanding Practice Director to lead and build a Human Capital Management Practice for Europe

 

The Role:

 

Working for this dynamic business change and transformation consultancy you will take responsibility for:-

 

  • Building and refining the Human Capital Management business transformation model
  • The “go to market” proposition
  • Act as the executive Human Capital Management subject matter expert
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with client executives
  • Developing specific growth plans for the practice
  • Providing oversight and management input on Human Capital Management projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction by  lending your skills to support all Human Capital Management related sales work
  • Ensure optimal resource staffing decisions for consultants

 

 

The Candidate:

 

To be considered for this exciting role you will have depth and breadth of knowledge across the Human Capital Management domain and experience of:-

 

  • Solution design
  • Development of presentations
  • Articulating approaches for Human Capital Management process improvement projects and HR delivery models (including shared services) 
  • Offering strong advice on Human Capital Management best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HR solutions
  • Global (or pan-European) implementations of SAP HR
  • SAP Human Capital Management Solutions and implementations
