Corporate Restructuring Director – Leading Corporate Finance Boutique - £65 - £100k plus bonus & benefits
A leading Corporate Finance advisory Boutique are looking for Directors to join their thriving Financial Restructuring practice. A US listed firm with huge international Consulting footprint, they are relatively new to the London & UK markets but have developed rapidly, attracting significant talent from leading global professional services firms to grow their Corporate Finance operation. They have 4 core products: Financial Restructuring, Operational Restructuring, Transaction Services & M&A and Valuations, and with exceptional deal flow across all practices, anticipate continued rapid growth and development. You will provide analytical services to debtors, creditors and other stakeholders of major corporates experiencing liquidity problems, over-leverage, under-performance and other business transition issues. Your Financial Restructuring will involve a lot of IBR work and there will also be a strong opportunity to get involved in Operational, TS and M&A and Valuations projects, as well as your core Restructuring work. As an individual, you will be a qualified accountant from a Big 4 or top tier practice firm with significant experience of managing Corporate Restructuring projects for clients in distressed debt situations. The friendly culture of the firm is exceptional and as such you must relate well to team members and clients at all levels whilst bringing strong business development skills.
