The opportunity
We seek experienced Management Consultants to be based in the UK (our head office is in Surrey) but with the ability to travel internationally as necessary. Our consultants work with client organisations, usually as part of a team, to:- Design and deliver complex change programmes
- Coach and train client management and staff
- Facilitate workshops, events and strategic projects with client teams
- Implement best practices for driving and sustaining improvements
- Facilitate client projects to identify and implement performance improvements.
Our consultants also work together to build long-lasting client relationships, develop practical solutions to client issues and support our new business development.
We want consultants who have:- Proven competence in Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence
- Several years’ experience in a consulting role, either with a management consultancy or as an internal or freelance consultant
- Extensive track record of successful performance improvement and project delivery with evidence of substantial results through working closely with client staff at all levels
- The ability to motivate, train and influence managers and project teams
- Broad business experience, ideally with multinational companies
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Please note that we are not an IT consultancy and therefore are not seeking IT consultants.
