Change Management Consultant / Senior Consultant

Nationwide, Home based, London, UK wide.

Up To £100K + Bonus

The Company:

Due to a significant number of UK and Global wins this leading Consultancy is looking to recruit the markets best Change Management Consultants.

The Role:

Consultant’s experience will show a wealth of knowledge in Change Management with a solid understanding in at least one of the following areas. 

• Org Design
• Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
• Change Readiness
• Training
• Culture/Behavioural change

The Candidate:

Change Management Consultant’s must be able to demonstrate experience in the following: 

• Change management and Consultancy experience with a recognized Consultancy (preferably big 5 background) or Major Blue chip.
• Change experience on a large transformation project (IT, Shared Services, Merger, Acquisition, Diversification, and Downsizing).
• Content knowledge - ideally in one of the following key areas (Finance, CRM, Supply Chain, HR, Profit Management or EPM).
• Good understanding of Business Transformation - vision, strategy, target operating model, business case, benefits, delivery.
