The Company:

This fast growing and dynamic global Management Consultancy is looking to recruit talented CRM Managing Consultants to work on major ERP business change and transformation programmes.

The Role:

In this hugely varied role you will get the chance to work on CRM improvement projects for leading public and private sector clients. Consultants will be responsible for:-

• Capturing data and documenting existing processes
• Definition, deployment and implementation of new or improved processes. 
• Ensuring the buy-in of key stakeholders
• Working closely with the ERP implementation team ensuring that the new processes can be effectively delivered

The Candidate:

The CRM Consultants will be a very successful management consultant with experience of:-

• ERP business change or transformation programmes. 
• Delivering CRM projects across Contact Centre, Web and Face-to-Face Customer Service teams
• Strong process modeling
• Excellent relationship management
• Business case development
