Business Process Analysts/ Project Managers  for  Major Financial Services Transformation programme

We urgently require multiple Business Process Analysts/ Project Managers for a major UK wide Insurance Claims process re-engineering programme.

This represents a very exciting opportunity to participate in one of the largest transformation programmes planned in the UK for 2009.

You must be highly mobile and happy to spend time away from home as required each week.

Full project life cycle experience (Process mapping/ Analysis, Pilot, Implementation through to benefits realization/ controls) coupled with a track record working with IT (as an enabler) and of successfully managing change/ stakeholders at all levels is essential.

Heavy process mapping and process design/ re-design experience is essential.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/  Black Belt or a working knowledge other BPR methodologies is highly desirable.
