The Company:

Due to a significant number of UK and Global wins this leading Consultancy is looking to further develop its Profit Management offering with additional Benefits Realisation Consultants.

.

 

The Role:

 

As a benefits realisation consultant, you will be responsible for:-

 

  • The development of models to quantify best-possible and best-practical performance improvement opportunities.
  • Working with cross functional and cross organisational teams to ensure benefits orientated solution design and implementation.
  • Planning and managing accurate and relevant data collection activities (including client interviews.
  • Benchmarking and research. 

 

 

The Candidate:

 

Successful benefits realisation consultants will have strong interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience at CxO level.  You will be able to provide evidence of fast track trajectory in your career to date, be self driven, motivated, pro-active and dynamic with excellent written and verbal presentation skills, you must also be experienced in at least two of the following areas in a benefits realisation consultant role:-

 

 

  • Leading a benefits-centric technology implementation
  • Delivering working capital reduction
  • Strategic sourcing which has resulted in lower total cost of ownership
  • Implementing shared services that resulted in lower cost to serve
  • Implementing Enterprise Performance Management or Balanced Scorecard driven business improvement
  • Process driven cost reduction
  • Customer profitability and lifecycle value enhancement
