Salary £45,000 - £85,000 per annum
The Finance & Performance Management team within a leading accounting practice are looking to rapidly grow their team cross sector. Working with and challenging CFO's and COO's assisting on both strategic and operational levels to make dramatic improvements to business and financial performance. Key responsibilities include: - understanding client business operations and business drivers - analysing, questioning and interpreting client's finance organisation, decision-making and support processes. - advising on best practice approaches including group finance processes, cost management including Activity Based Costing; target setting, score-carding and KPI definition, planning, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting and supporting information systems and technologies. - managing teams and projects within budget and on time. Skills / experience required: ACA / ACCA qualified with Audit and Advisory experience
